wordpress plugin to help generate Title and DEscription meta tags from a file -- 2

I have several pages with queries like [login to view URL] I would like to automatically set the title and descriptions for these page using a shortcode like [Generate_title_and_description fileKey="myLookup" ] [login to view URL] looks like: aaa=13&bbb=25===My custom title aaa=13&bbb=24===My custom title2 aaa=12&bbb=24===My custom title4 ... similarly for [login to view URL] aaa=13&bbb=25===My custom title aaa=13&bbb=24===My custom title2 aaa=12&bbb=24===My custom title4 idea is simple: if the query on the page (ONLY on the page with the shortcode!!!) matches the titles or description, then we replace the title with the matching line. if the query is not found in the files than the title or description keep the original values. NOTE the [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] are constructed from the fileKey parameter, and I will upload these files to a directory (somewhere in the plugin). the files will be different for different pages. NOTE: I am using the Yoast plugin, it is important that this custom plugin works with Yoast (free version), a bit of custom code for Yoast may be needed as described in this link: [login to view URL] approximate budget 80-150 will accept best offer with some successful projects completed.
