I run a website: [login to view URL]: - it is wordpress - visual composer - multilingual (two language versions /en and /pl) - a popular adsense plugin is implemented The website scores low in: - Page Speed Insights - GT Metrics and other performance checking tools I'm looking for a freelancer who has an experience in: 1) wordpress 2) performance optimisation to optimise the website: 1) to have scores in the above tools above 95% in both mobile and desktop versions 2) significantly improve the website performance (measured as the loading time to be less than 2,2 seconds). The cooperation should have the following pattern: 1) list all things to be done/optimised with the description of the consequences 2) getting the website owner acceptance for each action 3) after getting the acceptance - implement each particular improvement Definition of done: 1) at least 95% score for both mobile and desktop version in both GTmetrix and Pagespeed Insights 2) page loading time measured in GTmetrics will decrease to less than 2,2 seconds 3) website doesn't lose it's functionality and design

I do not think that I have enough room here. First under (Leverage browser caching) you will find 3 Off Site Links that can not be Optimized. There is also a Google font that can not be fixed. You can however Host Google Analytics on your website and that will help speed. Deferring JavaScript and CSS and Image compression can all be fixed with code and/or plugins. Remove query strings can be fixed with code or a plugin as long as the Theme will allow it. I think that Pingdom will show 1.5 to 2 seconds for the front page. GTmetrix the entire site loading time and I think that will be 3 seconds. Scores will be around 85/100 however the PageSpeed is more important than the score. If you have questions please message me.
