I need an ivr bulit that will do the following: Purpose of IVR 1. Authenticate caller by asking for account information 2. Retrieving data from web/XML database 3. Playback information to caller 4. Updating database with new caller information features 1. Accept voice data from caller 2. Accept numeric data from caller 3. Will be able to communicate via TDD 4. Communicate with database via HTML/XML [login to view URL] Authentication Process [login to view URL] customer account information 7. Write Customer Information Once I am sure bidder has qualification to complete. More detailed information will be provided.
