The main goal of this task is to extract the genotype information from the file. input will be VCF file (from ONT whole genome run) and csv file with columns containing rsID, chromosome number, position. output will be same as input csv file, with extra column showing genotype from VCF at the given position can run on Mac shell so either perl or python would be fine.
