I have attached a file with my logo, a banner, and a "monkey drink". The logo and banner should be the main part of the design. The monkey drink should be secondary in the background somewhere and not be a major part of the design. It can be used as it is or changed to a cartoonish or "drawed" kind of image. I'm essentially looking to create a clone of surveymonkey.com. I will provide the designs in PSD format. I will show the designs of the site, plus individual designs for the survey creator (or at least how it differs from survey monkey). There must also be an admin control panel which is self explanatory. Programmer MUST work in agile programming method, meaning I want continuous iterations (releases) of development, and I will pay a portion of the total payment after each iteration - until completion. The changes I want to survey monkey are not drastic, but will be explained upon selecting the winner - therefore the person must be very professional.
