I need to calculate the residual stress in 3 layer laminate molding after solidification. the residual stress is just because of solidification shrinkage. each layer is not flat and is curved.
My 3d scan of a model is not suitable for injection molding. The model needs to be smoothed out. The base also needs to be smoothed into the rest to make it one organic uniform piece whilst keeping all current sharp edges on the bottom and circles.
I need to use ABAQUS to calculate the residual stress and deformation in a 3layer laminated composite. the composite is isotropic and residual stress is because of solidification shrinkage after molding.

I have an Ender Pro Creality 3d printer, I am new to this. I can't find conventional molding to give my original cabinets a similar look to new ones that I added. I thought about replicating and attaching to my original for a similar appearance, then paint them all a light cream color. I want one 1/4" deep x 1.5" wide x 8.5" long straight model and one corner model with the same dimensions. The unfinished is the new, the brown is the original and the other part is similar molding, but too big. I usdd that to give idea of what I am lookin for.
