Hi, We are a sofware company that have a desktop applicaton similar to a CRM tool, which mainly does invoices and stock reports. This software it's been in the marked for 20 years, and we have reviewed the report layout few times, but we are not getting the fine touch in the design that we would like. I'm not looking to a sql / query expert, we are looking specifically somebody that can change the look and feel of the reports to something more according to modern days. Ideally we will need a crystal template that we can reuse in all our reports in order to get the right color pallet and the layout lines. I am looking for someone to help me with a project involving sql (Structured Query Language). I don't need help writing a query, but I don't have an existing database nor do I have the structure set up. I also do not need help creating stored procedures. The project does not involve any of these tasks. I simply need somebody to help me with sql for a particular project.

We have a stored procedure which is parsing a XML file and inserting and updating a table with more than 25 column which is already having more than 4 lakh record, Procedure is doing its job but it is taking approx. 900ms to just insert or update few records which is too much as large no of records need to be updated, we need an expert who can optimize this procedure to complete the task.
