Need similar CRM page to existing site created in PHP & MySQL - Phase 2

phase 2 for ongoing project ## Deliverables ionut, here are most of the details for phase 2: Additions: -Screening sheet entry for Callers (obtain back end info for web site address with postcard mailers) -color coded tables for easy access (ie/ reigalaxy) -api for zillow, eppraisal etc. -need text fields for zillow, eppraisal etc. these are manually loaded if zillow, eppraisl etc. can't find data. we also need one for CMA which are obtained from comps via the MLS -buying formula will need to be calcuated and populated under "suggested offer". -rules apply here for values that are way off (ie/ the valuations are more than 15% difference) -the official "ok" should only be made by admins. if the offer is "ok-ed" by an admin, the "employee making offers" can make the offer. -there should also be the ability to manually enter in the offer amount in case the above automation is too far off -add phone 2 add mobile phone (both optional fields) -"condition of the house" - radio buttons "poor" "good" "excellent" -poor or good selected dropdown with repairs -read write permissions on each user? ie/ investor viewer should not be allowed to modify tables etc. should the bpo/avm agent be allowed? -ability to email reminder/notes to another users. for example if there's a scheduled meeting set for saturday, you should be able to email the other user those details from the property? -email reminders should contain more information. it should give most details so the user knows at a glance the basics. -we left this out on the last one. incorporating the existing LB leads. let me know what you suggest and i can give access to the backend etc. Modifications: -don't need "turn reminder off" for old assigned users. this should only be for the current assigned user -fancier emails (linkabee logo etc.) -changing username is super slow (perhaps from the availability checking?) -send email notifications for assignments? or have turn on/off feature? -view notes was displayed for a property that had 0 notes under "my tasks" -display should look cleaner on my tasks. -password emailed to username or email provided? -change "home" to look similar to other link text -change linkabee logo (to be provided) -search button at the bottom of the page when results are displayed (shoulndt have to click the back button) -display and sort like reigalaxy? -need cleaner looking notes. for example the timestamp takes up a lot of room. plus there might be alot of data in there so we need a better display. -edit or delete "tasks" -right now you cant change the name or delete an added task "test" -ability to have other company's use the sytem? QUESTIONS: -what happens in the following scenario: caller employee makes new property entry. he also will be running the comps (AVMs) so he doesn't assign it to anyone are there reminders that are set? should he assign this to someone? what's the best behavior?
