Place trades in Metatrader based on Microsoft Excel calcs

I trade with metatrader and I want to place my trades through excel or signals generated by Microsoft excel indication based on calculations I specified. Excel sheet does some calculations and provides a buy or sell signal. Based on that signal, I want the trades to be placed in metatrader, with specified lot size, stop loss and take profit with functionality of trailing stops as well. I am using broco, fxpro, alpari as my demo account brokers. But script should be flexible enough to trade with any broker whose MT4, MT5 metatrader platform I am using (we have 4digit or 5 digit brokers). It is something like this, in whichever row you find a BUY or SELL = 1 , trade should be executed. SELL=1 should trigger a short position with specified SL & TP and trailing stop if applicable. BUY=1 should trigger a buy position with specified SL & TP and trailing stop if applicable. I need someone to make this possible for me. Whatever technology you may use, Excel, VB etc. I need this finished in 1 week max. So if you have extensive experience please only apply then else do not waste my and your time. I'll only despite 50 percent of the agreed price in elance and release the first payment when I have the "working draft model". Rest of the payment will be deposited in elance and released only when I am happy and I have the final executable version of the script.
