We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Internet Service Provider (ISP). We are passionate about delivering exceptional services that empower businesses to reach their full potential. We are looking to grow our dedicated team by adding a highly motivated Customer Service / Operations Manager. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring all queries, complaints, and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. Coordinate with engineers to allocate tasks and resources, ensuring optimal productivity. Monitor open tasks and follow up to ensure timely completion. Keep customers informed of task statuses, planned maintenance activities, and general updates. Develop and maintain SOPs for the customer service and operations department. Liaise between customers and internal teams to facilitate communication and improve customer satisfaction. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably within the MSP/ISP sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using ticketing and CRM systems. Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
