My understanding is that your project requires extraction and aggregation of geospatial data concerning vaping stores, and the like. I have worked on large scale data scraping projects including a large healthcare information portal used for academic purposes. As such, I have been involved in scraping data from simple HTML tables, asp databases, maps, and even data presented solely as an image file. I will use a set of Python, PHP, and JavaScript scrapers that I have built to extract the data from the sites you have provided. Regex and Natural language processing may be required for some address recognition. Special characters will be preserved to the best of my ability. Empty space will be stripped. The data will be aggregated into the XML format you have specified, and sent to you promptly. Missing data will be presented as tags with no inner content.
