Seeking administrative/personal assistant to assist office and CEO. We are seeking a detail oriented and extremely organized addition to our administrative team. Requirements: - Organization and time management A MUST - Written and verbal communication - Accuracy and attention to detail - Computer, Microsoft Office and Google Suite savvy - Positive attitude and great demeanor - Confidentiality and discretion - Self-starter who works well independently and in a small group setting. - Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completion - High school diploma required Position summary but not limited to: - Phone and email correspondence - Filing, scanning and copying - Maintaining calendar and schedules - Oversee inventory - Account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable - Research for various projects - Taking notes - Personal task for CEO Must be open to working outside of normal hours as needed.
