We have a spreadsheet of Estate Agents, there are 4700 entries. We need you to check the our entries against a public search register, check the entries are correct or edit as necessary. Check the office address and website details, update if necessary. Go to the companies website and check the email addresses we have for the staff listed. Although there are 4700 entries, there are an average of 5 entries per company, so you will only need to search one company to get multiple details in order to check and update. Expect to search the public register about 1000 times and check 1000 websites for email / contact details. Enclosed is the instructions for you to see whats involved. Our database is on a simple excel spreadsheet, enclosed is an example. I want the work completed by the end of this week at the latest. You will need to check the entries, highlight any entries that no longer are valid and update all entries if new information is found on the public register / the entries website.
