i can write a script who will count every instance of the post codes in you quotes and work with them, organize them in a particular way you need but know that i have no much skill/experience in graphic programming (but i have some experience in graphic design). i would like to have more intel about what you want (and i would like to see the pdf files you intend to give as sources).

Hi there, Our plan would be to run the PDF's through our OCR software that we have in the office and then copy the details from Word documents into an Excel Spreadsheet. From previous experiences with scanning 300+ pages, it took us roughly 1-2 hours. From there, we'll import the data into our Data Analytics package and we should easily have a detailed heatmap made within a matter of hours.
