design excel spreadsheet for data collection and analysis

I need help designing an Excel spreadsheet that will allow me to collect and analyse important data. This data will be derived from a digital shift report (to be produced to provided format) and includes the following data entries, Daily Drill & Blast shift production, types and duration; location of activities, delays, types of delay and duration; cycles times for activities and location. I have certain preferences when it comes to the design of the spreadsheet and require it to be very detailed, with multiple tabs and sections. Analysis of cycle time and delays is critical, also the current position against planned position in production. I'm looking for an expert who can take my ideas and create a comprehensive and high-quality spreadsheet that meets all my needs. Example spreadsheet made with basic function (not complete) Scope - Functional and working excel document in relation to the above criteria (will involve multiple iterations to ensure effectiveness and suitability) Shift Report: - Each week has a Dayshift and a night shift, 7 of each, 14 total. - Attached file shown shift report layout (9.10.23DS TAB). Layout can be changed but still needs all data entry points. - Work Activity/ Delay to be from drop down menu and editable - Tunnel location to be drop down & editable - Duration of tasks in gantt chart style. - Each tunnel to be colour specific in gantt chart. Delays to be the colour YELLOW - Activities and delays (Titles beginning in D) are drawn from a list (Drop down list tab) These need to be editable. Blast Records Tab: - The attached format works ok. Needs some tidying up and maybe some modification - Needs to be able to add additional columns in easily for future tunnels - Program Tab: - Current format is ok. Needs freshening up. - Would like a previous week for actual progress, % complete and variance, not just the current week. Data Analysis TAB to show: - All data to be accesses / analysed form one central dashboard (tab) location - Data will be analysed on a calendar weekly basis, so the 14 shifts need to be wrapped up. - This entire - Analysis needs to be able to call upon current and previous weeks data easily from the dashboard - Summarizing task date, location, duration for the week - Summarizing delay date, location, duration for the week - summarizing all the following – Bolts installed stats, Shotcrete stats, Muck out stats, bits and steels & blast time + number stats. - Summarizing who was onsite (Currently highlighting by colour) Needs better method
