Our client requires a 32" flat screen TV with a hidden camera installed, the camera should be unnoticeable. Camera should be able to stream to the internet with little-to-no setup or maintenance required and be motion sensor activated, no local storage is needed, as it will be done on the cloud. The freelancer should send the design and specifications of the device. Our client will strongly consider contracting the freelancer to manufacture and ship the finished devices, so cost should be factored in on the design.
