Remote control submarine with 20km reach

I am looking for an experienced engineer or robotics specialist to develop a remote control submarine that can reach a maximum depth of just under sea level and is designed with high durability. The goal of the submarine is to be able to explore the vast waters of the oceans with a live camera feed and a 10kg storage hold. The remote control submarine should feature a 20 kilometer reach and have capabilities that are both high speed and high maneuverability. A person with experience in the field of robotics, engineering, and/or building high-durability remote control submarines would be well suited for this project. The successful applicant will be tasked with developing a remote control submarine that maximizes the exploration potential of the world’s oceans and waterways.
