Web page re-design

Hi, What I'm looking for is an experienced graphic designer who can re-design a page in my website. NOT the entire website pages. Just one page. What I need from you: 1. I will provide you with the link to the page that needs to be re-designed. 2. You will need re-design that page (use only black and white colours) 3. Send the sample or draft to me, once and if I'm happy with the first draft, I will then award you. I'm not here for free stuff or nor am I here to waist my time or any one else's. If I'm happy with your work then you will receive more projects from me as I'm currently looking for a graphic designer I can contact for all my graphic design projects. 4. Say the word "Apple" when bidding for this project. 5. You will need to work on existing images from the website for the time being. When I'm happy with the sample. I will send you proper images with high resolution. 6. The size of the page will be A4 or longer (in length) 7. I like the current top banner, but if you think you can do better, that's fine. Then shoe me :) 8. Don't worry about the text on the page, you can put anything there for now. Once I'm happy we will take it from there. 9. If you want to be awarded before you start the sample, please don't waist yours or my time. I just hired a freelancer few days ago and really waisted my time. I had to tell her what to do a million times! Graphic designer should know what to do. (Hence why I'm hiring one.) 10. Thank you : )
