For the last two and a half years, I am working as Technical Recruiter for IT/Telecom/Software-related roles placing on average 2-3 candidates every month. I am the owner of the full-cycle recruitment process arranging meetings with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build a hiring strategy, creating Job Descriptions, posting Job ads on Social Media platforms (LinkedIn, Byte, Indeed, etc) sourcing CVs, screening CVs, handling initial interviews, arranging technical interviews, handling hiring approval process, drafting job offer and handling the onboarding formalities for new staff.
