Need an Experienced Web Designer with SEO and Landing Page skills

We have 7 basic websites (one page essentially) , and we have just added a new subscriber form to 1 of the sites. We need the same form added to the other sites with graphics that match each website's theme. We also need some SEO optimization added to the sites. Requirements: -Graphic Design (Photoshop, Illustrator) -Web Design (HTML5, CSS, Jquery, Javascript) -SEO Optimization -Experience designing CONVERTING Landing Pages Preferred Skills: (Not Required) -Newsletter Design (Template design, testing on multiple mail/webmail clients) -Mobile Optimized Content (optimizing webpages and email newsletters to display properly on mobile devices, or creating an alternate version for those devices) -PHP, Mysql and Linux experience is a plus but not a requirement. Availability: -Must be available on Skype for at least a few hours between the times of 9am-5pm PST Sample of Work: For your bid to be considered seriously, please provide these specific samples. a) Examples of your most ADVANCED css/jquery/javascript work b) Examples of sites you've done SEO on, and the site's current position in Google for the keywords they were optimized for. c) Graphics you've done such as banners, flyers, brochures, logos etc. d) At least one landing page you've designed.
