Looking for a database of millions of addresses in CSV for testing

I am looking for a database of addresses for any country or countries other than Canada and the US, and preferably in Europe. There needs to be millions of records (minimum 1 million) because I need to use these to test a software package I am developing. Each record must have the person's first name and last name, the full address with street address, city, state or region, telephone and e-mail if available. It can be a business list as long as the contact person's first name and last name are included. I do not want fake data or repeated duplicate data. I need each record to be unique. I need these in CSV or other simple ascii format so that I can import them into my database. When I receive them, I will check them first to make sure the data is not fake or has tons of duplicates.
