Need to connect RFID reader with serial/RS232 out to a GPRS control through preferred micro control (developer's choice). GPRS controller should be able to send data to a TCP/IP port. If GPRS network not available for sometime, It should store data locally and when connection is up, send data to server. 2 threads will run simultaneously. One will send data to server and one will be reading new tags. More details on finalizing project
