Empello operates around the globe with the help of Equipment Hosts in each country. What is the equipment to be hosted? Our standard kits are usually are made of; 1 Zyxel router, 1 Power supply , 4 smartphones, 2 TP-Links and 2 dongles. All equipment is provided by Empello. What we need from you: High speed broadband connection at your location and access to your router for the setup. Strong 3G/4G reception on all major mobile operators. Skype account or a whatsapp account for us to communicate with you. Regular checks on the devices to make sure that both WiFi or 3G/4G data are enabled. Recharge credit for the phones with credit and purchase data-packages for both phones and zyxel.(How often we will require this will depend if we can do it remotely from our offices or not, if we can recharge credit from our offices you will not need to do it for us) To be responsive and proactive to carry out what's needed from us at your earliest convenience. The most typical urgent request will be to restart the phones or Zyxel. Proactive checks of SIM balances and phone status is also required. Sometimes we will require for the following: Purchase of sim cards for the phones and the Zyxel/dongles. We will need you to buy the required sims at the beginning and change them every 3 months after that. We take care for all expenses. To buy new batteries for the phones when needed, along with chargers or/and other similar accessories.
