Application to search for files on networks

I need software built to scour certain networks and locate particular files on those networks. I need this application to run in the background and to accept a combination of keywords and titles to look for, such as: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] The user would then click ‘go’ and the app would search specific networks for that file. The networks that this software needs to search are the Gnutella network, KDX network, Carracho network, Hotline network and the Usenet network. In a perfect world, I would like for this application to either retrieve an IP address of the computer holding the file or an address of the ISP with the computer holding the file or both. Both preferably. It needs to have some way of identifying the holder of the software. When the app locates the file, a sound and/or box would pop-up detailing specific information as to the location of the file. The application also needs to look good as in graphically looking good. It needs some color with buttons and scrollbars, etc. This application has to work on both the Mac and PC, which I understand may constitute two different versions. This is NOT a request for a software application to download files. It is a request for a software application to only LOCATE files and identify a source for the location. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). Software needs to be graphically pleasing,i.e., colorful and fun. Software needs to run on both Mac and PC computers. Software must include some form of location technology for finding files.
