Poker website

Hi, To save you some time, i'm only considering applicants with 3 or more jobs at RAC and 9+ rating. Need a new poker website built using a Content Management System. Must be a common/popular (probably opensource) CMS system. Features needed: -be able to edit my webpages directly through the CMS. -be able to have a blog page. -Members should be able to register and login, and also purchase membership via paypal or credit card. -these same Members can also view certain pages that are not open to anyone. Most pages will be viewable by anyone but some pages are Members only. I should be able to fairly easily set if a page is public or private. -need some system or ability to be able to use affiliate link throughs. or at least keep track of outgoing/incoming links. your suggestions welcome on handling that? it woudl be good if you have some expeirence with Affiliate marketing. -i already have some website images done up, but may require up to but no more than 6 simple images designed. -need to be able to show videos on my website. and also in page links to Youtube videos (embedded). -will need some help with Seach engine optimization. -would like winning bidder to have proactive attitude towards helping website succeed with getting traffic and will reward extra for this effort. ## Deliverables An aesthetically pleasing website with relevant design theme to a poker website, and CMS editing ability, including adding new pages. All items in the Description field above. Must be fully viewable in IE6+ and Firefox browsers. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform viewable in internet explorer 6+ and firefox.
