Coder needed for Re design of Property Website

We are creating a new website and require some pages to be taken from either psd or basic designs to full DIV/CSS. We need someone who is very good at CSS and producing pages that can be view on all browsers. No styling is required but made be an advantage. We are starting with 3 pages, Index, Property View and Property List. Later we may extend the bid to up to 20 pages + We require someone to start within hours of the bid being excepted.
