Windows Boot Up Disable Software

I need software I can install in windows xp home and pro and have it disable boot up after a certain date. I need a very easy way to fix the machine so it will start booting again. My goal here is to lease computers on a monthly rate program to customers. I need the software to cause the machine to stop working every 30 days so they are forced to come in and pay as well as have the machine checked for spyware and viruses. It's a whole service oriented program. I need a program I can set a date into it so it will stop booting on that date. That way if a client pays for one month or 6 months I can tell the program when to stop booting that system because they need to come and pay for money. The program needs to be silent and not be picked up by antivirus programs and/or spyware programs. I just need a simple program to select the date and that will create a new install program for me. I will also need an uninstall program as well as a fixer program. Or I can handle just knowing that if I use a linux live cd and go in a change a certain file etc. to fix it that's fine as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
