63862 Single Page design

This is a repost of a previous project. I need a single one page design similar to start.msn.com. Would prefer it to be like a template so that I can add the links and scriptlinks to the page myself. But would want it to be stylish and VERY similar to the referenced link above. I am more interested in the design than the content per se. I do not want jsut square colomns, but design similar but not exact to the link I referenced. If I am not clear, then please ask for clarification so there are not misunderstandings. (Do not bid over Max as it will not be considered. Thanks)
