In the past I have done jobs that involved hardcore cold calling sales to the people in Australia, US, UK and Canada. Some of the examples are Birch Communications Inc (US), Telus (CA), T-Mobile (UK) VIPTEL (AU) etc. And I just found this one perfect for me, and at the same time you won't be disappointed either. I am very professional in speaking/dealing with suppliers. I know how to manage follow-ups specially for -concerns about disputes. I have worked as a customer service manager and I am very familiar and know my way around online stores. I am willing to undergo training if needed, but I can assure you that I'm geared up with all the experience and knowledge to be the best customer service provider for your company.
