The main objective of the interviews is to resolve a conflict, so the interpreter will need to be adept at maintaining neutrality and professionalism. Key Tasks: - Conducting phone interviews: You'll be interpreting for 6-10 employees, who will be sharing their perspectives on the issue in Spanish. - Providing English translations: Once each employee has spoken, you will need to provide me with an accurate, clear translation of their statements.
