Translate website from french to english

Hello, We need to translate the following website : [login to view URL] 1/ First part : translate all static pages 2/ Second part : translate titles and meta tags 3/ Third part : translate houses descriptions (81 houses). All texts of the houses available on page [login to view URL] are extracted from a very simple database available in XML format below. As this project is a test (we have some other bigger projects awaiting), translation will be reviewed by an englishman and must be perfect. Translation must be done in the XML file If you are also able to translate in dutch, feel free to give us your price for 2 languages translation. Work is not urgent but needs to be done for end march at the latest.
