Excellent professional and interpersonal oral and written communication skills needed in English -- for email and phone based support. Good listener, polite, effective time manager, self starter, focused, and most of all, patient in dealing with customers. A very tech-savvy background with hands-on working knowledge of Windows/Mac OS X/iOS, CSV/Excel files, office software (preferably Google Drive and MS-Office), etc. Knowledge of Internet technologies (e.g. FTP) is a plus. Must have a quiet home-office area, modern computer with webcam, good Internet connection, and the ability to work normal business hours with some flexibility of after hours if/when needed.
