Responsibilities are: - Managing my emails effectively: I need a professional to help streamline my emails, ensuring that important messages don't go unnoticed. - Scheduling: Excellent management and coordination of my schedule is critical to staying on top of various appointments and meetings. - Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills are also imperative. - New Business Outreach: This is the core function of the role. I require email and social media outreach to potential new clients or businesses. Candidates experienced in this will have an advantage. Platforms: The ideal candidate should have experience in the following platforms: - LinkedIn: To reach out to new connections, promote the brand, and create relationships. - Salesforce: To manage contacts and leads effectively.
