I am in need of a dedicated assistant for my real estate business, for less than 10 hours per week. I am based out of state and need someone to be my "boots on the ground" in the local area.
The main responsibilities are:
- Property Research: Identify properties of interest in local neighborhoods, keeping within my specified criteria.
- Site Management: Place signs and flags on properties to attract potential buyers.
- Basic Photography: taking photos of properties
- Documentation: documenting addresses, property details
The goal is to be my "boots on the ground" to identify properties of interest and help me achieve efficiency in my property searches.
Applicants should have:
- Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods.
- Reliable means to commute within the city.
- Basic photography skills (using a cell phone to take photos is sufficient)
- Basic documentation and email skills
- Strong organization skills.
The right person would be detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently.
