Hello, most of this project is mining free crusors, right? well I can do this for you as well as the website to display them. I was thinking it would work like this: On a page where there are eg. south park cursors there would be an image of the cursor then a text box with the html code and then there is a button with the box which opens a small popup with the custom crusor. Other ideas are are widely open though this is just a way to do it quickly. Once I set up the initial site you could easily add more cursors. For the payment I would need money upfront (10%) and installments after lots of cursors, though 3000 would take a long time and might cost a bit more.
