Website Custom Forms

I am building a News site for eco-friendly businesses and I need some custom forms built for it. 1) I need to have a page which the client can access to submit their press release. Please see example at [login to view URL] It will need to have boxes for date, headline, etc. When they click submit it is emailed to me, then I can edit it and then post it to the top of the releases on the home page. The releases on the home page should appear as a headline with the company's name below that. When they click on the headline then the full article opens for them. 2)Archive - I would like to have the releases auto archive to the respective month after being on the home page for 30 days. 3)Subscribe/unsubscribe - some way to manage my mailing list from the site 4) RSS Feed Upload - I need to be able to upload my releases to other news sites as well as providing the option for viewers to download my rss feeds. I have been able to find the programs to download others feeds but I need the option to upload.
