Our company needs a professional, high quality and original website design created for us. We are a real estate appraisal company and already have a logo and theme. I have decent knowledge of HTML and can "hack n slash" most code so for this project we just need someone to make a website template consisting of one or two pages that I can go into and alter to make the remaining pages. The company colors are red, white and blue, pretty easy to work with. I cannot stress enough that we need a quality, original design that is functional both on a user level and for SEO purposes. In other words, it needs to be easy to navigate yet contain "clean" HTML code for the search engines. If you are up to the task feel free to ask questions via PM.
