I am building a standalone structure that is 12 x 16, bedroom, storage, and office with a lanai. I have a sketch and know the type of materials I will use. I want a simple plan with a list of materials. The structure is in Hawaii and will not require insulation or inside finish, but will have some wiring and some plumbing.
