I am pursuing the development of a 40ft high shipping container that will be used as a multi-functional space. This container garage will serve three distinct functions: - A parking spot for vehicles - A workshop setup - A storeroom I am looking to work with someone who is not only familiar with the practical aspects of building a shipping container garage but also has experience working with a building and planning commission. Proficiency in spatial planning will be important too, as the garage will serve multiple purposes. The planning will have to include a flood plain elevation study considering the garage needs to have a cement floor.
