Maintainance jobs

I have a webiste that needs work done to it and to be error free by Sunday night, without exceptions. The job contains many small jobs that shouldn't pose a problem to anyone working on it. The jobs include the need to be able to load pictures into certain areas on the site and other small maintainance work. I am looking for a programmer who will get the job done, without any questions. The work that is required is through many small projects and they shouldn't be a problem to someone well versed in php. I would like to have someone begin working on this project as soon as 5 hours from the posting of this message.

I need some help restoring my server back to normal I had cpanel whm on the server and am getting some development work done by some guys in Romania. Now they were to install postgresql for the development I am paying them for. Now they removed cpanel and installed their own Romanian panel with no real features. I have a few sites on the server, but now cpanel is missing I am lost.
