I've been working on developing a WordPress plugin, however, owing to limited time, I need help to finalize it. The purpose of this plugin is to deliver a unique shipping route protection option at checkout. There fee should be shown at the checkout based on the admin's set percentage in Woocommerce > Shipping Route Protection Settings page.
