Customers earn rewards for shopping and referring others via coupon codes or affiliate links. The big difference is how the rewards for shopping are allocated to customer accounts. For example, if a customer buys a product, then they will receive 1% back in rewards directly and another 1% is added to a collective fund. The 1% allocated to the collective is then split amongst all the members (customers) based on their membership level (determined by % of total sales at the end of the month).
