I'm in need of a skilled architect or structural engineer to create a detailed pole barn design for my new garage. This will be a 30' deep by 40' wide structure with 3 overhead doors. It will be attached to my house. Per local building code I can do so as long as I use pre-cast perma columns into the ground. I want a 5/12 pitch on the roof. 10' walls, there will be steel on the roof with perlings. It will be sided so will be putting plywood or zip system on the exterior. The attached design is pretty much what I'm looking for other than I have changed to a 5/12 pitch. I am building a structure for trade show display that needs to hold framed art work. The walls are C shaped and are 10 ft tall. I am going to be building the walls out of 2x4's w 1/4 wood panels for the walls. There is no way to attach the walls to the floor of the venue. I just need to make sure the walls are supporting each other and the weight of the paintings. I don't need a structural diagram constructed, I just need some guidance.
