Hi, my name is Marju. I am writing in response to the customer service representative opening in your company.
I worked in a call center as a representative and a team manager for 5 1/2 years. The account is a financial institution base in the US. As a representative, i handle account inquiries, customer complaints or support services from statement, unauthorized transactions, fraud and reporting for a lost/stolen card. It also includes email/chat support for express payment. As a manager, i handled agents and took escalated calls or called back card members to further assist them with their concerns.
I also worked as a personal assistant/legal secretary in a law firm for more than 10 years. I handled legal documentations, interviewing the clients and filing cases in courts.
And lastly, 5 years of experience as a personal trainer, which motivates people to have self-confidence and attain goals in which to others seems impossible. I continue to prove myself to work on own initiative especially as part of a team, a strong ability to multitask and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines, meticulous in nature with high attention to detail.
All of these gave me a comprehensive experience that gives me a chance to grow professionally, to utilize my communication skills, to provide inside support to representatives, to realize bottom-line results, to convey a professional, polite, and courteous manner when managing customer concern.
