Hi there I have read the job description carefully in detail. This project is a great fit for me. I have worked as a chat support using olark and zendesk. I am also updating orders, documents and I do have a few years of experience in Product, Sales and Marketing. This project is a great fit for me as I have worked on various projects as a QA engineer, customer support, VA and tech support. I have also worked as a WordPress tech support which used Woocommerce and clickfunnels extensively. I have recently worked as an email support where I troubleshoot issues of users taking online courses. I provide them a better solution either via chat or email.
