Tri Fold Brochure Template Design

We are a real estate appraisal company in Texas. We provide appraisals for several areas of Texas including Houston, Beaumont and Austin. Our website can be seen at [login to view URL] We are looking for a graphic designer to create a usable template for brochure design. The template must be delivered in .PSD or other editable, layered format so that we may alter it in the future if need be. Company logo, colors and information may be found on our website. The template should be tri-fold laid out in the following order from front to back. Front: Logo and real estate related graphic. Interior pages: Company information with more real estate and Texas related images. Back Panels: Company contact information and a pricing grid on the other page. I've attached samples of brochure designs that we like. These are not necessarily what we want, but they are examples of the styles that we would like to see used. If you are able to create a quick mock-up demonstrating your ideas this will greatly increase your chances of us selecting you as the winning bidder.
