I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with administrative tasks for my public adjusting business. The ideal candidate should have insurance knowledge and be able to assist with tasks such as data entry, document organization, and appointment scheduling. Requirements: - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail and accuracy Responsibilities: - Data entry and document organization - Appointment scheduling and calendar management - Email and phone correspondence with clients and partners - Assist with social media management and content creation -Maintain and Update CRM Experience: - Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role involving U.S. Property Insurance Claims, for a Public Adjuster or Independent Adjuster - Knowledge of insurance terminology and processes - Familiarity with the U.S. Property insurance claims insurance industry is a plus -Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility and/or Matterport, Docusketch, iGuide or Company Cam is a plus -Ability to recognize and document damages from pictures, etc is a plus Hours and Availability: - The estimated workload is 10-20 hours per week, with potential for more hours depending on workload and project needs. - Availability during regular business hours is preferred, but flexibility can be discussed.
