Need Person to Verify Info Via Telephone

I need one or two people that speak un-accented English and have a good grasp of American speech patterns to make telephone calls to obtain and/or verify information for a website. The successful applicants will be dealing with judges, lawyers and their assistants over the telephone and so the language requirements are extremely important and I will speak to the successful applicants to be sure they meet the requirements. PLEASE do not waste either of our times if you don't meet this need. I use foreign workers for a lot of projects but I have very strict needs for this one. If we talk and you do not meet the requirements I will notify Freelancer.com of that fact. I'm not trying to be mean, but there are a lot of people on here that need the work and I don't have any time to waste on dishonest people. Successful applicant will need to be knowledgeable on computers, have access to Google Talk, Skype, or other similar program and be able to make telephone calls and do data entry during the time of day courts are open in the U.S. Starting pay is $1.50 per hour, but this may change to "pay by the piece" later. Job will likely include some bonuses if work is done well. I also need the winning applicant to update me on hours worked and work performed each day via email. Job pays once a month on about the 7th of the month for hours submitted by the 21st of the month.
