I am looking for an IT expert who is proficient with Windows 2008 Server maintenance in a virtual VMware environment. I need help dealing with a current error that throws a security accounts manager initialization failed message - 'Access is denied' (Error status : oxc0000022) please click ok to shutodwn this system and reboot into safe mode check the event log for more detailed information. Even in safe mode or even in normal same error and continue rebooting. This project is for personal use. The server is operational, but gives the error mentioned above. The private keys do not seem to come across. This means the active directory and IIS fail to load. We have tried to import an exported cert store from the original server but this does not resolve the matter. We have used Vmware converter and performed an offline migration as well as online conversion. The VM runs on a Dell T630 running Vmware 6.5. The new server is the latest Dell hardware on Vmware 7.0 but this will need to be confirmed. We are thinking it has something to do with the TPM.
