Seeking an illustrator to work on a short cell animation project. 4-5 scenes. We are seeking hand drawn illustration based on an existing asset style. 12fps. Photoshop deliverable with layers and ideally a photoshop timeline. Our animator would then do all camera moves, text, and frame repeats/cycles.
